Mt. Ephraim EMS Squad 4 proudly protects approximately 4500 persons living in Mt. Ephraim, and any traveling on the roads through our community. We provide Mutual Aid to our surrounding towns, and are called upon to evacuate major areas such as hospitals in case of a major civil emergency. 

We operate out of one station that is primarily a residential area. Our department is a public department whose members are all volunteers. We are available to loan equipment such as walkers, commodes, canes, crutches and wheelchairs for limited time usage. We also provide first aid classes, CPR classes, demonstrations of CPR, blood pressure screenings, and rooms for blood drives.

We belong to the New Jersey State First Aid Council and the EMS Alliance of Camden County.
